Why

The Land O Lakes Association of District Champions has long encouraged music education as a means to acquire the skills necessary to enjoy the barbershop hobby to the fullest. ADC recognizes the benefits of attending Harmony University and offers financial support every year to members of the Barbershop Society who are planning to attend Harmony University in the form of scholarships.

Who Is Eligible?

To be considered, applicants must:

• Be a society member for at least one (1) year prior to the date of application;


• State in 250 words or less the reasons why he desires an ADC scholarship


• Indicate the number of times he has attended Society-sponsored harmony education programs (i.e. HEP, Harmony College) and whether he would be willing to attend if selected.


• Include letters of recommendation from at least two (2) chapter officers and/or music directors, and receive the endorsement of his chapter board.
